PHOTO SHOOT CAMPAIGNS

1. Any photo shoot campaign needs a proof of payment sent for the full amount within 24 hours of completing the Terms & Conditions form to secure  booking.

2. First come first served - No follow ups will be done in this regard - no payment - no booking confirmation.

3. Rescheduling cannot be done on campaigns, but a value voucher will be awarded for later use. No refunds will be awarded.

4. Please ensure you stick to scheduled time to get the most out of your session

5. Cancellation forfeits fee.

6. No show will forfeit full amount of the session fee - no refund or rescheduling.

7. Booking requests will be followed up with a phone call and confirmation will be done via email.

8. Additional T&C's for campaigns will be communicated via Email

 

COPYRIGHT & RELEASE CONDITIONS

 

I hereby give LAETITIA PHOTOGRAPHY the absolute right and permission to use photographic portraits, pictures, digital images or videotapes of myself, or in which I may be included in whole or part, or reproductions thereof for any lawful purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to print or social media, without payment or any other consideration.

I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product or the copy that may be used in connection therewith, wherein my likeness appears, or the use to which it may be applied.

 

LAETITIA PHOTOGRAPHY hereby agrees that any images taken are released to the client for personal usage. Under no circumstances will RAW images be handed over.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

1. No images will be taken without 100% payment.

2. No cash will be accepted for session.

3. Payment options are available for after session purchases, but only product paid for will be given. 

4. A non-refundable session fee is required to secure a session.

5. Cancellation forfeits session fee. 

6. Re-scheduling incurs an additional R500 surcharge.

7. If a photographer needs to reschedule a R850 value offer will be given on the session.

8. No show will forfeit full amount of the session fee - no refund or rescheduling. More than 15 minutes late without communication with LAETITIA constitutes a no-show and a new session will have to be booked.

EXTRA EDITING & DELIVERY OF IMAGES

1. The determination of images delivered is left to the discretion of the photographer.

2. LAETITIA PHOTOGRAPHY will do full professional retouching on purchased images

3. Images will be viewed during a reveal session during which time purchased images will be selected. 

4. ONLY purchased images will be given to client

5. Reveal session will be scheduled for one week after session in person if local and via zoom if it was a holiday session

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

1. Immediate grave illness cancellations will be accepted, and the session can be rescheduled or value voucher given for later use

2. If weather influences the ability to do outdoors a penalty-free reschedule is allowed on photographer’s discretion

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

1. No completed sessions are refundable.

2. If for any reason the CLIENT is not entirely satisfied, please communicate with LAETITIA PHOTOGRAPHY immediately so the issue can be resolved. Re-shoots will be done at the sole discretion of LAETITIA PHOTOGRAPHY.

3. The CLIENT understands and agrees that LAETITIA PHOTOGRAPHY is not responsible for or liable in any way for any damage to or loss of the CLIENT's belongings or for any personal injury to the CLIENT before, during or after the session. The CLIENT shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless LAETITIA PHOTOGRAPHY and its agents and employees from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including but not limited to attorney fees arising out of or resulting from the performance of the work described in this Agreement.

Online galleries & Products

1. Online galleries will be available for 3 weeks, in which time you can download your images, and a R250 charge will apply for every additional week.

2. Please back up all digital copies of your photographs. We recommend an cloud drive.
   Laetitia Photography will make every effort to retain your files for up to 6 months from the date of your session, and 4 months from the date of your session meeting or client gallery.

3. Please report any damages due to shipping to us within 24 hours of receiving your item or we can not guarantee a correction or replacement. Printed items will take up to two weeks for delivery, except during holiday season, when it can take up to 4 weeks.

4. Laetitia Photography provides photographic prints and products, colour corrected & calibrated to print EXACTLY as we see on Laetitia Photography's computer monitor, which is calibrated to our professional print lab. Any digital photos you see (on our website, blog, social media sites, or that have been provided directly to you) may vary from their intended appearance, depending on your computer's monitor and settings.

5. Laetitia Photography cannot guarantee the results or quality of prints made by clients or by clients' chosen labs, from the digital files, once you receive your prints and digital files from us. For consistent, quality results made to last a lifetime, please purchase any additional prints directly from Laetitia Photography.

6. Digital files purchased or provided are for personal archival purposes.

7. When you purchase a photo enlargement in a certain size, that particular size will allow printing UP TO that size. It won't allow for bigger enlargements, unless you have purchased the bigger enlargement size.

8. Printed photos and digital files cost the same, and start at R850 each.

9. I don't recommend using your purchased Digital files to make your own additional albums, canvases, or any other photo products, as the quality, craftsmanship and colour cannot be guaranteed.
